Leadership
Dr. Bathsheba J. Malsheen President and CEO

Dr. Bathsheba J. Malsheen is the President and CEO of MINO Wireless. Dr. Malsheen brings more than 20 years of experience in the mobile and voice industries to MINO Wireless. Dr. Malsheen joins MINO Wireless from Groove Mobile, a leading mobile music service provider, where she served as chief executive officer of the company. Prior to Groove, Dr. Malsheen served as president and chief executive officer of Voxware, a global provider of mobile voice-based enterprise solutions for distribution and warehouse operations. Earlier, she served as general manager of Centigram Communications Corporation's Speech Business Unit. Dr. Malsheen earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Linguistics from Brown University and a B.A. in Spanish and English from Hofstra.

Douglas Cheline Vice President of Engineering & Operations

Douglas Cheline is the VP of Engineering and Operations at MINO Wireless. Mr. Cheline is responsible for leading the development of the company's wireless applications and services. Mr. Cheline brings 18 years of experience developing mobile, telecommunications and Internet services to MINO Wireless, including pioneering work in the development and rollout of DSL, VoIP and WiMax. Prior to MINO Wireless, Cheline held key engineering and product management positions with Clearwire, Covad Communications, DirecTV, Telocity and Genuity. Cheline holds six U.S. patents in networking and communications technologies. Mr. Cheline earned his B.S. C.S. from University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA/EMIM from Thunderbird.

Stephen Co Vice President of Product Management

Stephen Co brings more than 20 years of product, process and engineering management experience at mobile operator and mobile services companies to MINO. Mr. Co is responsible for the company's service platforms and carrier relationships. Prior to joining MINO Wireless, Mr. Co led the development and launch of Verizon Wireless' high volume SMS voting platform for interactive TV services. Before Verizon Wireless, Mr. Co held product and engineering management positions at Openwave, @Motion, 3Com, and Centigram Communications. Mr. Co earned his M.EE and B.EE from McMaster University in Canada.

Firas Azmeh Vice President of Market Development

Firas Azmeh is the Vice President of Market Development at MINO Wireless. Mr. Azmeh is responsible for developing MiNO's business and working with operators to develop marketing programs for their subscribers. Mr. Azmeh brings 15 years of experience in marketing and business development with telecom, wireless and services companies, including Nortel, Syriatel and Handango. Prior to MINO Wireless, Mr. Azmeh was responsible for business development and channel partnerships at Handango. Previously, Mr. Azmeh was head of Marketing for Syriatel, the largest mobile operator in Syria. Mr. Azmeh earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and his MBA from Clemson University in South Carolina.

Richard Xu Chief Architect

Richard Xu is responsible for technology direction and the designs of company's innovative mobile managed services. Mr. Xu brings 12+ years of experience developing telecommunications services including building GPRS/CDMA mobile data roaming networks, pioneering works in FMC and Peer-to-Peer VOIP. Prior to MiNO Wireless, Richard held key technology and architecture leadership positions with Aicent, Nuvoiz, Lucent Technologies, and GRIC Communications. Richard holds four US patents in mobile telecommunications. Mr. Xu earned an MSEE from University of Washington, and BSEE from Shandong University in P.R.China.
